Purpose of processing personal data in accounting documents

As part of its activities, personal data is processed for the purpose of managing the agenda necessary to fulfill the legal obligation of the operator in processing accounting documents

Scope of affected persons: natural persons

List of personal data: name, surname, title, permanent address, temporary address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, type and number of identification document, signature, bank account number of the individual

Purpose of personal data processing - Contact form:

As part of our activities, we process personal data in the customer database for the purpose of sending a response to the customer's inquiry.

Scope of affected persons: individuals - clients

List of personal data: name, surname, email

Legal basis for processing personal data: consent of the data subject

Categories of recipients: not provided

Transfer of personal data to third countries is not carried out.

Deadlines for deletion of personal data: personal data is processed for communication purposes and will be deleted afterwards

The data subject has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data concerning him/her at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent before its withdrawal; the data subject must be informed of this fact before giving consent. The data subject may withdraw consent in the same way as it was given.

Your rights under EU REGULATIONAND THE DATA PROTECTION ACT

We believe it is important for you to understand that the personal data we process is your data and that processing it is associated with rights. In addition to the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, you also have other rights arising from the Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

1. Right to access

You have the right to be provided with a copy of the personal data we have about you, as well as information on how we use your personal data.

In most cases, you will be provided with your personal data in written form, unless otherwise requested by you. If you have requested this information by electronic means, it will be provided to you electronically, if technically possible.

2. Right to rectification

We take appropriate measures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information we have about you. If you believe that the data we have is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please do not hesitate to request us to adjust, update, or supplement this information.

3. Right to erasure

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request us to delete your personal data, for example, if the personal data we have obtained about you is no longer necessary for the original purpose of processing or if you withdraw your consent to processing. However, your right needs to be assessed in light of all relevant circumstances. For example, we may have certain legal and regulatory obligations which means we will not be able to comply with your request.

 

4. Right to restriction of processing

Under certain circumstances, you are entitled to ask us to stop using your personal data. This includes cases where you believe that the personal data we have about you may be inaccurate or when you believe that we no longer need to use your personal data.

 

5. Right to data portability

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to request us to transfer the personal data you have provided to us to another third party of your choice. However, the right to data portability only applies to personal data that we have obtained from you based on consent or on the basis of a contract of which you are one of the contracting parties.

6. Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of data that is based on our legitimate interests (for example, we process personal data for the purpose of network and infrastructure security). If we do not have compelling legitimate grounds for processing and you object, we will not process your personal data further.

7. Rights related to automated decision-making

You have the right to refuse automated decision-making, including profiling, that has legal or significant similar effects for you. The company usually does not use automated decision-making or profiling in the context of employment.

8. Right to withdraw consent

In most cases, we do not process your personal data based on your consent. However, in specific cases, we may ask for your consent. In such cases, you have the right to withdraw your consent for further use of your personal data.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you want to lodge a complaint about the way your personal data is processed, including the exercise of the rights mentioned above, you can contact our Data Protection Officer (contact details are provided above). We will thoroughly investigate all your suggestions and complaints.
