The MÝTO SKI & BIKE resort is open daily (Monday - Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
During the best evening skiing in Slovakia, it is open on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Prices are stated in EUR including VAT. The operator MÝTO SKI & BIKE reserves the right to adjust prices during the season.

Questions
- Guests of Hotel Partizán**** who have purchased the "Skiing in the Tatras with Skipass" package receive free skipasses.
- Other guests of Hotel Partizán**** receive a 50% discount on selected skipasses.
- Holders of the Horehronie card receive a 10% discount on full-day and multi-day tickets. www.card.horehronie.sk
- Family discount - 2 adults with one to three children up to 11 years old receive a 5% discount on one or two-day tickets.
- Family discount - 2 adults with one to three children up to 11 years old receive a 10% discount on three or more-day tickets.
- 10% discount for individuals with severe health disabilities on one and multi-day tickets. Valid ZŤP card required.
- Group discounts 5 - 10%: A group is considered more than 20 paying individuals. When purchasing at least 20 identical tickets, a group discount is provided. Group tickets are purchased and paid for by one person. The discount applies to one and multi-day tickets.
- No discount is provided for time tickets.
- A valid ID is required for all discounts, children require proof of insurance.
- For faster processing of group discounts, contact the operator 24 hours in advance via email ski.myto@partizan.sk.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
- One-day and multi-day tickets are valid for consecutive days.
- When using discounted tickets issued in the name of a specific individual, valid ID is required.
- All types of tickets are personalized (image of the outer side is recorded by camera) and non-transferable. Any unauthorized use of a ticket will result in its blocking without refund. The operator reserves the right to confiscate the ticket without compensation in case of unauthorized use.
- A chip card requires a deposit of 4 €. The deposit will be refunded for an undamaged card at the MÝTO SKI & BIKE cashier during operating hours. Keep the chip card on the left side away from mobile phones. Visitors are required to present the chip card upon request by a MÝTO SKI & BIKE employee.
- A skipass or ticket purchased during the winter season is valid until the end of operations in that winter season.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, issued meteorological warnings, interrupted operations, closed ski slopes, loss or forgetfulness of a skipass, or early departure, no compensation is provided.
- Evening ticket is valid for skiing on the illuminated slope A during specific times from 18:00 - 21:00.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of its use.
- ATTENTION! from 16:30 to 09:00 (or 08:00 on days when "First Snow" is offered) and outside the days with evening skiing, THE SLOPES ARE CLOSED! Danger of injury.
- SKIALPINISTS - ascents and descents are allowed only during the resort's operating hours with a purchased ticket on designated trails.
- Passengers must comply with the transport regulations, price list, White Code, and follow the instructions of authorized personnel. A transport contract is concluded once a passenger uses their right to transport based on the purchased travel ticket by boarding the vehicle or entering the boarding or alighting area – accessible only with a valid travel document. By entering into this agreement, the participant confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the transport conditions, price list, and White Code.
- Visitors of the ski resort should only move on designated trails within the resort, at their own risk, and must follow the instructions of the resort's staff.
