The Statute regulates the conditions for participation in the competition, the method and procedure for carrying out the activities necessary for its implementation, and defines the details of the rights and obligations of the participants.

1. Competition date:

The specific date of the competition is duly determined during the operation of the MÝTO SKI & BIKE ski resort in the winter season 2023/2024.

2. Persons eligible to participate in the competition:

Any person who has reached the age of 18 can participate in the competition by filling in their valid details on the website: www.kopeczabavy.sk/vyhraj-sezonku.

4. Prize in the competition:

The prize in the competition is a season ski pass for an adult (18-60 years) marked in the official price list of the MÝTO SKI & BIKE ski resort as "Season Pass".

5. Winner selection:

The winner will be drawn, and a video of the drawing will be published on the organizer's social media profiles and on the official website of the organizer: www.kopeczabavy.sk

6. Prize award:

The winner can personally pick up the prize, by agreement or through a representative at the reception of Hotel Partizán during its current opening hours within 30 days of announcing the winner. If the winner cannot personally claim the prize, it will be properly sent by mail at the organizer's expense, or provided by email as provided in the competition. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 14 days and does not otherwise express interest, they forfeit the prize. If the winner rejects the prize, they forfeit the prize, and the competition organizer is entitled to draw another winner. If the competition organizer fails to contact the winner, the winner forfeits the prize, and the organizer is entitled to draw another participant, extend, or otherwise reopen the competition for that prize.

7. Processing of personal data and personality rights:

The participant, in accordance with the applicable law on the protection of personal data, grants the competition organizer consent to process their personal data provided during the competition for the purpose of conducting and evaluating the competition results and for marketing purposes. The participant acknowledges that they have the right to information about the processing status, data description, and other rights under the law on the protection of personal data. At the same time, they declare that the data provided to the competition organizer are true. The participant agrees that the competition organizer will publish the name of the winner on social media and on the official website www.kopeczabavy.sk, under which the winner is registered as part of the competition.

8. Final provisions:

By participating in the competition, the participant expresses agreement with the competition rules and undertakes to fully comply with them. The competition organizer reserves the right to change these competition conditions, extend the competition, or terminate it early. Any changes to the competition terms are effective upon their direct publication in the competition terms. The competition organizer is not responsible for any technical problems arising in the transmission of data by electronic means. By participating in the competition, the participant expresses agreement with these competition terms and undertakes to fully comply with them.
